40 grams lighter.
At 440 g per set, the SL drops 40 g from the Omen V3. Additional machining takes weight out without shrinking the 110 × 105 mm platform.

Introducing the Omen SL, the lightest Omen yet. Fully CNC’d in Washington State from 6061-T6 aluminum, the Omen SL features the same redesigned platform shape and planted feel as the Omen V3, with additional machining for the weight conscious riders.
Inside, the Omen SL uses the same advanced four-seal system as the Omen V3. An inner O-ring, mid wiper seal, exterior interlocking dust seal, and end cap seal work together to keep water out, reduce wear, and extend pedal life in all riding conditions. Less contamination, extended service intervals, and longevity remain central to the design.
The Omen SL also features a stainless steel spindle for improved corrosion resistance and longevity. Like the Omen V3, it is tested to EFBE’s Tri-Test E-Gravity protocol and backed by Tenet’s lifetime warranty, free pedal refresh, and free bearings and bushings for life, the Omen SL is built for riders who want a no-holds-bar flat pedal in a lightweight package.

OMEN SL PEDAL
We wanted a lighter Omen, not a smaller pedal. The SL adds weight-reduction machining to our Washington-made body and pairs it with a stainless steel spindle. Same full-size stance. A little less to carry up the hill with some extra sexy machining steps.

Why this one
At 440 g per set, the SL drops 40 g from the Omen V3. Additional machining takes weight out without shrinking the 110 × 105 mm platform.
The SL uses a stainless steel spindle. It’s a distinct part of this build, not the chromoly spindle used in the Omen V3 and Occult V3.
Fully CNC-machined in Washington State, with extra machining to look at between rides. The 2 mm dual concavity and complete V3 sealing system stay.
Three stages, four seals
After enough PNW winters in Bellingham, we can confirm that water indeed does find a way. The V3 internals use three seals at the crank side, plus a fourth at the end cap. They are not four versions of the same seal stacked on top of each other. Together they form a labyrinth, with each seal doing a different job as you move toward the bearings.
First line of defense
The interlocking shape helps keep dust, dirt and trail grit from working their way into the pedal body.
Second barrier
Sitting behind the dust seal, the wiper is focused on keeping water out before moisture can reach the internals.
The last stop
The O-ring adds damping at the spindle interface and acts as the final line of defense against moisture ingress.
From the other side
It seals the end cap and protects the bearing end of the pedal from water and contamination entering from the opposite side.
Beyond the baseline
What does that actually mean? ISO safety standards give bike parts a baseline to meet. But modern riding asks a lot of a pedal, and those standards don’t tell the whole story. That’s where EFBE’s Tri-Test comes in.
It goes beyond the standard requirements with three kinds of testing: fatigue, maximum load and overload. Think repeated hard use, heavy loads and those brief moments when a part gets pushed beyond its normal limits. Together, they help recreate the stresses a component can see over its riding life.
Our V3 pedals have passed EFBE’s Tri-Test E-Gravity certification. We still put plenty of miles into testing them ourselves. This adds independent testing behind the parts we trust under our own feet.
